Great personal & honest service

Really pleasant company to buy from, very honest and caring. Let me come close to closing for the day and let me inspect every inch of the car including inside the engine, underneath, electronics and mechanicals. Brilliant service

I have recently purchased a car from Attleborough Auto Centre, Nuneaton. There were a few small hiccups initially but Andy was quick to resolve any problems that I had, he kept me up to date with what was happening and contacted me when he said he would. A very straight forward purchase.

A very straight forward purchase. I was looking at the car on Autotrader and required finance. I applied for finance online though the garage website, once accepted Andrew got in contact to explain the next process and book a day for me to collect the car. When I arrived this was the first time I’d seen the car and I was really happy with its condition. Andrew had taxed and put over half a tank of fuel in so I wouldn’t have to stop on my journey home. Its a lovely car and drove great all the way home. Great experience and would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family.Anonymous

Brilliant customer service and helpful

Brilliant from start to finish. Extremely helpful and patient. I was probably a nightmare customer. Part exchanged vehicle in for a new one but couldn’t find the log book. They were helpful and managed to sort out a new log book for us to hand over. Really good customer service, new car was handed over with a new service and MOT and I was able to call them if there were any issues which I’m pleased to say there have been none! A true pleasure doing business with Attleborough Auto Centre. Looked at many cars online prior and after speaking with other sales reps / business owners, I did not get much confidence especially with buying remotely during this lockdown. From the first call with the man in charge at Attleborough was very pleasant to deal with, he was patient and provided me with the confidence to go through with this purchase. A pleasurable experience from start to finish

As one of those unfortunate people who had a car die during lockdown, I found myself in the precarious and intimidating situation of having to try and buy a car remotely without having been able to see and experience it in person. I spoke with a couple of dealers who made me feel a little bit like a nuisance and it was only when I spoke with Attleborough Auto Centre that I felt somewhat reassured about buying a car this way. From start to finish, the owner was an absolute gem. First by taking lots of time to explain the process in detail and reassure me, to sending me high-res video walk arounds of the vehicle, and from arranging my warranty, and delivery. Car was delivered as arranged today and I am elated. Better than described and it even had half a tank of fuel! I keep looking out the window praying the snow away so I can take it for a spin :). I booked my car in for a full service and Post Lockdown check. I wasn’t sure how long it’d take, so assumed as I’d taken it in the afternoon, that I’d have to fetch it the next day. After just under two hours I got a call to say it was ready! I got a full break down of everything they checked. Fortunately there was nothing drastically wrong with it. I can’t put a downside as there aren’t any. Thank you.
